Just a couple of simple images of the sky taken outside the house last summer. Neither are particularly great images but really like the colours and patterns displayed in the clouds and the silhoutte of the chimneys and tress on the first image.

Welcome to my blog,

I have created this blog with the intention of displaying my own photography for people to see and comment on.

I currently only own a cheap point and shoot digital camera but am contemplating the purchase of my first dslr camera... I'm thinking of getting a Nikon D3000. I have read multiple reviews and this seems to be the ideal camera for me as a novice digital photographer! (any feedback is appreciated).

I will shortly post some pictures that i feel are good by my own standards, I know very little about digital photography apart from what I think looks good. Please leave feedback and tell me what you think!
